For parts that are too large for standard FDM printers, we use FGF 3D printing: large-format printing with pellet material. This process is suitable for large prototypes, moulds, displays, tooling and functional parts where size, lead time and material use matter. FGF projects are always reviewed manually for manufacturability, material choice, wall structure and transport.
