Article 1 — General Information

1.1

This Upload & Acceptable Use Policy applies to uploads, forms, digital files, project files, support uploads, scan files, technical documentation and other digital submissions made through Everything3D services.

Article 2 — Permitted Uploads

2.1

Everything3D may accept uploads including mesh files, CAD files, images, renders, videos, technical documentation, configuration files, firmware, log files, project files and comparable technical data.

2.2

Mesh files include, among others, STL, OBJ, 3MF, PLY and similar mesh formats.

2.3

CAD files include, among others, STEP, Fusion, SolidWorks, IGES and similar parametric design formats.

Article 3 — Prohibited or Restricted Uploads

3.1

It is not permitted to submit files, data or materials containing malware, malicious scripts, ransomware, viruses, executables or other security risks.

3.2

It is not permitted to submit uploads that are illegal, infringe the rights of third parties, are discriminatory, misleading, fraudulent or otherwise violate applicable laws or regulations.

Article 4 — User Responsibility

The user remains fully responsible for the content of uploads, the accuracy of data, technical suitability, third-party rights, copyrights, licences, permissions from rights holders and lawful use.

Article 5 — Upload Processing and Security

Everything3D protects uploads against unauthorised access, malware, loss, misuse, malicious scripts and unauthorised processing.

Article 6 — Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

6.1

The user retains rights to their own uploads insofar as such rights are legally vested in the user.

6.2

By submitting files, the user grants Everything3D permission to store, process, analyse, manufacture, scan, troubleshoot, reverse engineer, visualise and technically process such files in connection with the requested services.

Article 7 — Technical Limitations and Liability

Everything3D does not guarantee that uploads are error-free, fully readable, compatible, technically correct, reproducible or suitable for specific applications.
