Version: v1.1 Status: Active Last Updated: 2026-06-24
Article 1 — General Information
This Manufacturing Disclaimer applies to digital manufacturing, 3D printing, prototypes, reverse engineering, 3D scanning, CAD work, mesh processing, automation, technical production, custom manufacturing and other technical services performed by Everything3D.
Article 2 — Technical Nature of Digital Manufacturing
2.1
Digital manufacturing, 3D printing, prototyping and custom production remain dependent on technical limitations, material properties, machine configurations, tolerances, software, firmware, environmental factors, settings and external circumstances.
2.2
Everything3D does not guarantee that products are entirely free from defects, that prints exactly match renders, that scans are completely accurate, that prototypes function identically to final products, or that technical solutions are universally applicable.
Article 3 — Materials and Production Variations
Materials used in digital manufacturing may be subject to wear, ageing, temperature effects, moisture effects, UV exposure, chemical influences, mechanical stress, tolerances and natural material variations.
Article 4 — Prototypes and Development Work
Prototypes, test prints, development models and experimental production runs are intended for evaluation, validation, development, fitment verification, functional testing, visual inspection or technical analysis.
Article 5 — Reverse Engineering and Scanning Activities
Reverse engineering, 3D scanning and reconstruction activities remain dependent on the quality of source material, measurement accuracy, reference points, surface quality, geometric complexity, software and technical limitations.
Article 6 — Applications and End Use
Products, components, prototypes and technical solutions supplied by Everything3D are not automatically suitable for medical applications, aerospace applications, safety-critical systems, structural applications, industrial certification, food-contact applications, protective equipment, vehicles or regulated applications unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Products supplied by Everything3D may never be used for prohibited applications or within regulated industries.
Article 7 — Technical Services and Support
Technical support, troubleshooting, consultancy, configuration services and development activities are performed on the basis of reasonable professional effort, technical expertise, practical experience, available information and reasonable business practices.
Article 8 — Storage, Files and Data
Project files, CAD files, mesh files, scans, renders, configurations and technical documentation may be stored temporarily for production, support, troubleshooting, quality control, administration, security and internal business operations.
Article 9 — Amendments to this Disclaimer
Everything3D reserves the right to amend this Manufacturing Disclaimer.
Article 10 — Language and Interpretation
The Dutch version of this Manufacturing Disclaimer shall prevail and is legally controlling.
Article 11 — Final Provisions
This Manufacturing Disclaimer forms a supplement to the other legal documents of Everything3D.
