Article 1 — General Information

Everything3D processes personal data in connection with digital manufacturing, 3D printing, repairs, technical services, support, automation, reverse engineering, 3D scanning, quotations, uploads, communications and other services.
1.2
Everything3D processes personal data with the utmost care and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
1.3
This Privacy Statement applies to the Everything3D website, forms, uploads, support communications, quotations, repair intake procedures, and all other correspondence and services provided by Everything3D.
Article 2 — What Data Does Everything3D Process?
2.1
Everything3D may process, among other things, names, email addresses, telephone numbers, address details, photographs, videos, log files, metadata, IP addresses, browser information and device information.
2.2
Everything3D does not process personal data where such processing is not reasonably necessary for the provision of services, communications, security, administration, support or compliance with legal obligations.
Article 3 — Purposes of Data Processing
3.1
Everything3D processes personal data for, among other purposes, communications, quotation requests, production, digital manufacturing, repairs, maintenance, support, troubleshooting, automation, planning, administration, invoicing, delivery, upload processing, consent registration, security, quality control and the improvement of services.
3.2
Data may also be processed for the analysis of technical issues, firmware diagnostics, configuration management, upload validation, fraud prevention, system security, system logging and the optimisation of business processes.
Article 4 — Communication and Support
4.1
Everything3D may communicate via email, telephone, WhatsApp, social media, video conferencing and other communication channels, including chat applications available on the website.
4.2
Personal data that forms part of such communications may be processed for support purposes, quality control, planning, evidentiary purposes, security, administration, business process optimisation and compliance with legal requirements.
4.3
Telephone conversations, support calls and technical consultations may be recorded for quality assurance, training purposes, evidentiary purposes, security and support in the provision of services.
Article 5 — Cookies, Analytics and Website Use
5.1
Everything3D uses functional cookies and analytical cookies for website management and the provision of its services.
5.2
Cookies and similar technologies may be used for the operation of the website, security, form functionality, upload functionality, consent registration, analytics, error detection, performance improvements and user experience.
5.3
Everything3D uses, among other services, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for website usage analysis, performance analysis, visitor insights, error analysis and the improvement of services.
Article 6 — Legal Bases for Processing
6.1
Everything3D processes personal data solely on the basis of applicable legal grounds, including the performance of contracts, legal obligations, legitimate interests and the consent of the data subject.
6.2
Where consent is required, Everything3D shall record such consent in a reasonable and traceable manner through forms, consent checkboxes, email, WhatsApp, digital communications or other electronic confirmations. Such consent shall be archived in order to demonstrate and verify the consent provided.
Article 7 — Retention Periods
Everything3D does not retain personal data longer than is reasonably necessary for the provision of services, administration, support, security, evidentiary purposes and compliance with legal obligations.
Article 8 — Sharing Data with Third Parties
8.1
Everything3D may share personal data with third parties where reasonably necessary for hosting, cloud storage, analytics, email processing, invoicing, payments, shipping, support, security and technical services.
8.2
Such third parties may include hosting providers, cloud service providers, email service providers, analytics platforms, payment providers, accounting software providers, transport services, support platforms and other technical service providers.
8.3
Where Everything3D engages third parties to process personal data on its behalf, Everything3D shall document such processing through a data processing agreement with the relevant processor(s) and/or sub-processor(s).
Article 9 — International Data Processing
9.1
Depending on the services, platforms or technical infrastructure used, personal data may be processed or stored outside the Netherlands.
9.2
Where third-party services are used, such as cloud hosting providers, social media platforms and similar service providers, those parties may also process personal data of data subjects in accordance with their own privacy policies and outside the direct control of Everything3D.
9.3
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), Everything3D shall ensure appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission where required. You may contact us for more information regarding the safeguards applied to international transfers of personal data.
Article 10 — Security
10.1
Everything3D implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, uploads, communications, technical documentation, configurations and digital systems.
10.2
Security measures may include, among other things, access controls, network security, firewall configurations, authentication mechanisms, malware detection, system logging, backups, monitoring and system maintenance.
10.3
Despite reasonable security measures, complete digital security can never be fully guaranteed.
Article 11 — Rights of Data Subjects
11.1
Data subjects may, where required by applicable legislation, submit requests relating to access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, objection or withdrawal of consent.
11.2
Everything3D may request reasonable additional verification to establish identity or authority before processing such requests.
11.3
Requests may be refused or restricted where legal obligations, security interests, the rights of third parties, administrative requirements, evidentiary purposes or legitimate business operations make this reasonably necessary.
11.4
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates applicable privacy legislation.

Everything3D reserves the right to amend, update or expand this Privacy Statement from time to time.

14.1
